Service Description
End of life planning is crucial for ensuring that your preferences in relation to healthcare, accommodation,finances, wellbeing, funeral details and after life choices are documented and properly implemented. We support you through the process of documenting and putting in place your end of life plans whilst you're still able to do so.
Cancellation Policy
1. Fullcircle Day Centre is an activity based centre. By registering for this event, you confirm that you are medically, physically, mentally and emotionally fit to participate in the day centre activities. Fullcircle Geriatrics will not be liable for any incidents that may occur during the event. 2. Dependent seniors must be accompanied and supported by personal caregiver/family member 3.Pictures and Videos from all our events are used to promote the fullcircle community via our digital platforms. 4. Payment for this service is non-refundable, non- transferrable, must be paid before service and cannot be deferred to a later date 5. Clients can only participate in the specific session they paid for. i.e. Clients who pay for Monday sessions cannot attend Tuesday session or substitute payment for other sessions.
