About the event
Seniors Time-Out is a monthly wellness event for the elderly. It is 3 hours of fun games, music, art, dance, book reading, exercise, debate, quality conversations and community building activities that goes a long way in boosting the mental, physical and social wellbeing of seniors in the society.
