Fullcircle Geriatric Care Services is an elderly care and wellness organisation focused on bridging the care gap in Africa.

Our Mission: To use wellness as a tool for solving the problems of loneliness and isolation in old age. Fostering community and socialisation through thoughtfully curated activities that attends to the physical, mental, social and psychological wellbeing of senior citizens whilst also improving their overall quality of life.

Our Target Audience: Elderly persons aged "60 and older"

WHAT WE OFFER:

DAY CENTRE: This is an activity based program for older adults which features music, art, craft, physical therapy, games, and wellness sessions that foster active aging, social connection, community building, longevity and overall wellbeing.

MEMORY CAFE: This is a non-stigmatised gathering of persons living with dementia and their primary caregivers. The Fullcircle Memory Cafe is a welcoming community that focuses on social connection, community support and joyful experiences. Our thoughtfully curated activities helps to stimulate memory, enhance creativity and awareness whilst ensuring calming, purposeful and meaningful experiences for participants.

SENIORS TIME-OUT: This is a monthly charity event and a thoughtfully curated wellness hangout. It offers social connection, memorable, celebratory and recreational experiences for older adults.

OTHER SERVICES:

Geriatric Assessment, Geriatric Counselling, Grief Counselling, Dementia care consultation, Care planning, End of Life Planning, Private Event management etc.
